Thomas Husband, Accountant III, joined PCDIC in 2015. He is responsible for the day to day financial accounting and reporting of PCDIC and its Community Development Entities (CDEs) and Investment Funds used to manage PCDIC's NMTC allocations. Mr. Husband has over 30 years of experience providing financial support and assistance to low income communities. His prior work experience includes accounting services for retail sales, construction trades, utilities and non-profit entities. Mr. Husband received his accounting degree from Franklin Pierce College in Lebanon, NH.
