Vice President and CFO
Mary Magewick, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), joined PCDIC in 2011. As the CFO, Ms. Magewick is responsible for managing the financial strategy, operations, and regulatory reporting of PCDIC and its various Community Development Entities (CDEs) and Investment Funds, which are used to manage PCDIC's $263 million in NMTC allocations. In addition to financial management, Ms. Magewick evaluates potential projects and new concepts for innovating and expanding PCDIC’s scope of services. Ms. Magewick also collaborates with community partners to implement and oversee community programs benefiting disadvantaged communities. Ms. Magewick has over 25 years of experience working with non-profits and municipal entities in financial planning and analysis as well as program development and management services. She received her accounting degree from Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
