Project Manager

Kristine Beaird, Project Manager, joined PCDIC in 2011. Ms. Beaird is charged with maintaining the compliance of the NMTC program. She also manages the Community Enhancement Grant Program. Prior to PCDIC, Ms. Beaird was in Commercial Banking locally for 16 years. During her banking career, she worked in business and commercial real estate lending, underwriting loans from $2 to $16 million. Her client’s gross annual revenues ranged from $5 million to $32 million, very similar to PCDIC’s target constituency. She is a graduate of the University of Washington's prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Business Management and Sociology from Arizona State University. She is currently undergoing her studies for a Doctorate in Business Administration at Grand Canyon University.
